The Columbia Chess Club is large and active, and a number of our members are active in their events. They meet every Thursday evening for casual and rated games, and they host the Tunnelvision tournament series each month. We encourage you to check them out—let us know if you need a ride!

Transitions is a homeless center in downtown Columbia. We have events with them from time to time where we host tournaments and play games with their clients. These events are fun, low-pressure ways to get involved with volunteering in the community—they'll be added in the calendar and the GroupMe when they're happening.
